Meet Irena, your holistic guide
Our center is led by Irena, a certified and experienced yoga teacher, holistic mentor and healer.
Drawing upon her extensive background in yoga, embodiment, emotional awareness and release techniques, feminine practices, bodywork, as well as nutrition, Irena offers private sessions, ceremonies, retreats, and collaborates with other teachers in teacher trainings.
